What Diseases Might Lead to in Your Life – Understanding the definition of Health

According to the World Health Organization, health, as it relates to humans, is “the absence of disease and disability.” Various definitions have been used over the years for various purposes. The dictionary definition is “excellent physical health; the ability to enjoy life and the ability to carry out the activities of daily living with the minimum of discomfort.” Another example is “excellent mental health; the ability to enjoy life and the ability to perform the basic functions of daily living with the minimum of impairment.” A third example is “excellent emotional health; the ability to enjoy life and the ability to function normally with the minimum of emotional input.” In this article, we’ll discuss each of these definitions in more detail.

The first definition is “excellent health: the ability to sustain a reasonable well-balanced diet and maintain a reasonable physical well being. ” This definition is the foundation of the second part of this topic, the quality of life index, or QL. The scale begins with a numerical measurement of the disease burden and deaths, then divides the burden of disease into six categories (poor health, fair health and good health, optimal health, and optimum physical health). This index has been found to be correlated with life expectancy and other measures of quality of life.

Another definition is the ability to get and maintain a job. Many of the diseases that are associated with aging, accidents, smoking, unhealthy diets, lack of exercise, and sedentary environments have been shown to shorten life spans in industrialized nations. To make matters worse, people who do not have health policy are much more likely to contract heart disease, cancer, and other chronic conditions, which can be fatal.

The third definition is “excellent physical health: the maintenance of a normal physical environment and good nutrition, through utilization of resources such as water, space, light, and technology.” In order for us to prosper, it is necessary to be physically healthy. Poor nutrition, bad diets, lack of exercise, and unhealthy environments contribute to poor health, and are responsible for many diseases and death around the world. A healthy environment is essential to physical well being; a healthy economy is also necessary for healthy people.

The fourth definition is “excellent mental health: the achievement of the best possible quality of life through the resolution of disease, disability, and death.” This is also a relatively new addition to the list, but has become increasingly important as time goes by. As we age, the mental health we once had decreases, and may even become inconsistent. We may develop depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. Mental disease is responsible for more deaths among Americans than all of the other causes put together.

The above three definitions are extremely important. They define what is “normal” for humans, and what diseases might lead to and eventually kill them. They describe a normal life course, and help make people more aware of their health risks. Hopefully, this article has shown you what diseases might lead to in your life.
